Banyan Education Pilot SPV intends to purchase a curated high quality pool of Income Sharing Agreements (ISAs) from Preferred ISA Providers working in Target Geographies.

Millions of youth in the global south cannot afford the education that moves them from poverty into employment pathways that tackle the climate, health, and food crises. Income-sharing agreements (ISA) make this attainable and sustainable - students pay only when employed, and crucially, education costs match local wages. Banyan Education is unlocking impact at scale by creating a diversified and securitized ISA investment fund - we give proven student finance providers money today for the payments their employed graduates will make over the next decade, enabling the education of more students today while providing long-term returns to investors. We're creating a sustainable outcome-based finance solution that scales individual success into systemic change.
